In today’s fast-paced construction industry, transforming designs into reality involves a highly coordinated effort. A professional design team is often assembled to plan and synchronize the construction process with other essential project elements. This team typically includes architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, fire protection experts, planning and architectural consultants, and sometimes archaeological consultants.

The design phase typically results in detailed drawings and specifications created under contract with the property owner. Once finalized, construction companies or management firms are invited to bid for the project. These bids are based either on the completed design or on drawings and a bill of quantities prepared by a quantity surveyor. This collaborative process ensures a seamless transition from planning to execution.
